RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

The Little Linen Company take the greatest care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality, although if you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unopened product in the original packaging along with proof purchase within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at info@littlelinen.com Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your return. 
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned to us

For Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that you feel your item is faulty, please let us know and we will get in touch with you ASAP.

For Change of Mind Returns:

We also happily accept change of mind returns for our products, please note that you will have to pay for and organize sending the parcel back to us, and your return postage cannot be reimbursed. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable.

For change of mind returns we offer:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: A product exchange (up to the value of the original order), store credit, or a refund.
  • After 30 days of purchase: A product exchange (up to the value of the original order) or store credit.

*For product exchanges where the replacement product exceeds the value of the original product, the excess amount is to be shouldered by the customer.

Provided that the item/s:

  • Have proof of purchase;
  • is in its original condition and packaging;
  • is not gift cards, e-vouchers, discontinued item or an item that was reduced to clear (on clearance); and
  • is returned together with any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase.

The Little Linen Company reserves the right to decline a refund on an item that does not meet the criteria listed above.
For security purposes, we may request your contact details when we process a Change of Mind Return. Any personal information we collect will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

For Return of goods purchased through any of our Stockists/Retailers:

The Little Linen Company’s products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.

For Order Cancellation or Modification:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.

Due to the fast turnaround on orders, please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been shipped and that in some instances it may be too late to cancel.
