SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide) is free for orders $50 and over, and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50.
Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $13.50.

All orders are dispatched the following business day from the date that the order was placed.
*Please note that Australia Post are currently advising further delays due to limited pick-up days and times and the ongoing COVID situation in Melbourne. Our delivery times are estimated only. We appreciate your patience during this time for any delays which may be incurred with your parcel.
From June 2023, parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost, will get a digital collection notification if they aren’t home when their parcel arrives. AusPost will no longer leave them a card. You can find more details about this change on their website

- All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Australia warehouse via Australia Post, DHL, eParcel and in some cases a courier service.
- In peak times (eg, Christmas, Easter, public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
- Large & bulky items may take a little longer to deliver.
- Following dispatch of your goods, The Little Linen Company will email you with confirmation of dispatch and an invoice for your order.
- On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your goods will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.
- The Little Linen Company may provide your information to carrier for the purpose of tracking your order.
