Returns and Exchanges

We take the best care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened product in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days.

Please note:

- For change of mind returns, return postage costs are not reimbursed.
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Change of mind returns are accepted for unopened products only.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days and sent back to your original payment method.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Goods

If you believe your item may be faulty, please email us at info@littlelinen.com and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to assist you.

Change of Mind Returns

We’re happy to accept change of mind returns, provided you cover and arrange the return shipping. Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Please note: items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

For change of mind returns, we offer:

- Within 30 days of purchase: Exchange (up to the value of the original order), store credit, or refund.

- After 30 days of purchase: Exchange (up to the value of the original order) or store credit.

If the replacement item is of higher value than the original, the price difference will need to be paid by you.

Returned items must:

- Include proof of purchase
- Be in original condition and packaging
- Not be a gift card, e-voucher, discontinued item, or clearance item
- Include any free or bonus items received at the time of purchase

The Little Linen Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. For security purposes, we may request your contact details when processing a change of mind return. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before sending anything back, please reach out to our customer service team at info@littlelinen.com so we can assist you with the process. To help your return reach us safely and without delays, we recommend it is securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping method.

For Return of Goods Purchased Through any of our Stockists/Retailers:

Products from The Little Linen Company bought through external stockists are subject to the specific purchase policies of those stockists. Returns must be made directly to the original place of purchase.

For Changes to an Order or Cancellations:

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Please note that due to the expedited processing of orders, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been shipped. Furthermore, there may be occasions when it is no longer possible to cancel an order prior to dispatch.
