SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Australia-wide is free over $50 and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $13.50.

All orders, are dispatched the following business day of order being placed. Delivery is subject to availability and we will offer a full refund or online credit for any item unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.

International Orders
For all international orders, please contact us for further details. Please note you will be responsible for any local customs and import taxes that may apply in your country.

Please Note

  • All orders are dispatched from our Oakleigh South warehouse via DHL, eParcel and in some cases a courier service.
  • In peak times (eg, Christmas, Easter, public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
  • Large & bulky items may take a little longer to deliver.
  • Following dispatch of your goods, The Little Linen Company will email you with confirmation of dispatch and an invoice for your order.
  • On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your goods will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.
  • The Little Linen Company may provide your information to carrier for the purpose of tracking your order.
