Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide) is free for orders $50 and over, and a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $50.

Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.50.

All orders are dispatched the following business day from the date that the order was placed. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a dispatch confirmation along with your invoice.

Upon delivery, a signature may be required as proof of receipt. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post facility or authorised collection point. Customers will be notified either via a card left at the delivery address or, if registered with MyPost, through a digital notification containing collection details.

Please Note:

- All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Australia warehouse via Australia Post, DHL, eParcel and in some cases a courier service.

- During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, and public holidays), delivery of goods may experience delays.

- Large & bulky items may take a little longer to deliver.

- The Little Linen Company may share your information with the carrier to facilitate tracking of your order.
